Shiv Ratan Kakrania
Shiv Ratan Kakrania is the managing partner of S.Kakrania & Co., established in 1987. He started his career under the able guidance of Shri Shyamanand Jalan, one of the most renowned Solicitors of the Country. He has in his 31 years of practice provided an effective means of service to people, who seek justice before the impartial judicial system of the country. He uses his experience and personal relationships to get results for all SKC clients. He is a talented and hard working attorney who never stops trying to bring another win for his clients. His exquisite drafting skills and legal acumen has enabled him to be instrumental in resolving the legal conundrums and contentions of his clients who act in accordance with the sound legal reasoning and advice opined by him.

A lawyer by profession, Tanuj has been part of S.Kakrania & co. for over a year now. He started his career in Delhi and moved to Kolkata in 2018. Since then he has moved up to a Firm management role and has been successfully coordinating all major firm developmental plans undertaken by S.Kakrania & Co. Tanuj manages overall operations of the firm in cities across the nation, including its technology platform.
Aviroop Mitra
Avirop has experience in advising clients on disputes and handling litigation at various fora including various High Courts, the Competition Commission and various Tribunals. He has advised and acted in a wide range of enforcement actions under the Indian Companies Act, the Arbitration Act and Debt Recovery Acts. He regularly deals with cases involving challenging tender awards and disputes covered by the Indian Arbitration Act, Electricity Act and Companies Act.
